RealLife will asess past history of testamonials, reviews as well as current strategic plan for branding, digital presence and primary challenges with customer services. We will first work to enhance any customer services protocoals/work flows. We then implement a planned collaborative stratagy to increase digital presence, postive reviews, and testamonials while providing monitoring and customer interaction throughout the contract.
